What it does

Cold before hot

Hot checks stay locked until the cold sequence and witnessed hold point are complete.

Signed evidence

Steps capture status, values, notes, photos, N/A reasons, names, roles, and on-glass signatures.

Photo punch

Punch items carry severity, location, owner, status, closeout name, and evidence photos.

Turnover exports

Export a signed PDF, photo ZIP, step CSV, punch CSV, and JSON backup.

Does it work without signal?

Yes. Capture, signatures, punch, photos, and export are on-device. Pro purchase and restore use RevenueCat with Google Play when available.

Does it operate the BESS?

No. It records evidence only. It does not energize, switch, set controls, or certify compliance.

Does it include standard acceptance tables?

No. Thresholds are entered from the project spec or cited standard.
